Dear Rexburg Businesses,
As the holiday season is fast approaching, and the excitement continues to build in hopes of a successful selling season, we at Servpro of Rexburg/Rigby wish you the very best. If there is a need for our services to make your holidays go smoothly, we hope you will give us a call.
We recognize that during the holidays, there will be many in the community presenting different opportunities for your business to donate funds to different organizations that help the needy. We also realize that this is financially taxing and your donations need to be selected carefully and thoughtfully.
As many of you are aware, the Chamber of Commerce is hosting an event entitled “Christmas in The Nighttime Sky”, held on Nov. 27, a celebration to kickoff the Christmas season. Many businesses will be participating in one way or another. Servpro is teaming up with the Chamber and serving a chili dinner to the community at the start of the event . Near the end of the evening, Servpro, with the help of our local fire department, will be handing out “Food Boxes” that contain a turkey with all the dinner fixins, (ie: potatoes, canned veggies, stuffing, etc.). These food boxes will be given to many of those that attend this event and encouraged to deliver these boxes to a deserving family in their neighborhood that night. It’s a way for our community and businesses to come together and give directly to those in need.
Servpro needs your help to make as many “Food Boxes” as possible available for that night. Our desire is to have every business that is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, donate a minimum of $25.00 to assist in the purchase of supplies for the boxes. Our goal this year is 150 food boxes. Any money left over will be given to either the “shop with a cop” program or purchase more canned food items to be given to the local food bank.
We feel a $25.00 minimum donation is wonderful. Any additional amounts will be greatly appreciated. In the spirit of giving, we encourage all businesses to give back to a community that helps keep us in business. Please make your donations to: The Rexburg Chamber of Commerce 127 E.
